Preventable Storm Damage

The Tandem® 300™ Roof and Wall System's patented technology is proven to prevent major damage to our most valuable structures.

Strength

By its patented design and distinguishing materials, TandemBP™’ “shear versus pull” physics can be designed and manufactured into its panels to offer up to 5X the wind rating of a traditional build.

Resiliency

Damage from the impact of flying debris and high winds reduces the strength of a traditional structure. The TandemBP™ build has more resiliency against most impacts, prolonging the life of the structure, and greatly reducing maintenance and the necessity of replacement.

Ease of Repair

TandemBP™ panel design offers a "panel replacement" solution versus the costly post-catastrophe "rip and replace" of an entire roof for a traditional roof. Individual panels can be replaced if field repairs cannot correct the damage. Conventional 150-185 mph roof systems cannot be unsealed to replace a single panel (the panels are mechanically seamed together).

TandemBP™ buildings offer a wide range of energy-efficient options and solutions (such as skylights, insulation, vegetative roofs, and R-values that range from 20-100).

Environmentally Responsible

Adaptability

The Tandem®300™ can be used in both low-slope and steep-slope applications. 300mph wind-ratings are achieved on infrastructure supports with spans up to six- foot-on-center support spacing. Substantial cost savings can be gained by retrofitting older structures without the need for new structural members around the perimeter of the building.

TandemBP™ can integrate an extensive combination of smart capabilities into its roof and wall panels. These include infrastructure components such as lighting units and electrical power conduits. By integrating these components during the manufacturing process, significant time and money savings are realized when compared to conventional systems.
